As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I provide compassionate support to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients uncover the root causes of their struggles, empowering them to create meaningful and lasting change.

I specialize in working with anxietydepressiontraumarelationship concernsgrief and loss, and maternal mental health. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic Theory, I tailor each session to foster a collaborative, values-driven environment where self-discovery and authenticity can thrive.

I’m committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore difficult emotions, thoughts, and experiences that may have been overlooked or suppressed. I believe true growth often emerges from embracing life’s complexities, and I encourage clients to engage deeply with these moments.

Creating a safe space for vulnerability is at the heart of my approach. I invite open dialogue and welcome challenging conversations, recognizing that feeling seen and understood is essential for meaningful transformation. With empathy, humility, and active listening, I provide thoughtful reflections to support clients in reconnecting with their true selves and building greater self-awareness.

My diverse life experiences allow me to connect with people from all walks of life, fostering a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, understanding, and growth.
